Media Content Disclosure

Use of Media from Events: 

By registering for one of our events, you grant us and our affiliates the irrevocable right to use, publish, distribute, broadcast, reproduce, live-stream, edit, post, license, and/or re-release any photographs or video media in which you appear. This usage may be for any legal reason or purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, education, and promotion. You waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs, videos, or any finished versions incorporating them, including any written copy associated with them. 

Release and Waiver: 

You release us from any and all claims arising from the use of these media, including claims related to privacy violations, right of publicity, defamation, and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that we own the copyright to these photographs and videos and waive any claims based on their use or any works derived from them. 

Media Coverage: 

External media coverage related to the event may also be featured on this site. Inclusion of such content does not imply endorsement by the event organizers.
