ANT Neuromeeting 2027 Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract submissions for ANT Neuromeeting 2027 are open and will close on November 30, 2026.
Researchers, clinicians, students, and industry professionals are invited to submit original scientific work for presentation during the Poster & Poster Pitch Session at ANT Neuromeeting 2027, taking place in Berlin, Germany, from January 14–15, 2027.
Accepted posters will be presented in person and organized according to the meeting's thematic tracks:
- EEG & Neurophysiology
- Neuromodulation & Brain Stimulation
- Multimodal & Translational Neuroscience
Each accepted presenter will also participate in a 3-minute Poster Pitch Session, a short research pitch designed to introduce their work to attendees and stimulate discussion during the poster session.
Submit Your Abstract
We invite researchers, clinicians, students, and industry professionals to submit their work and take the opportunity to present their research to the ANT Neuromeeting community in Berlin.
Abstract submission deadline: November 30, 2026.
We look forward to receiving your submissions and welcoming selected presenters to ANT Neuromeeting 2027 in Berlin.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online submission portal. Each abstract must be submitted separately.
The abstract body may not exceed 400 words and should clearly address the following sections:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
To ensure scientific quality and meaningful discussion, abstracts must include results. Submissions describing planned studies or ongoing work without results will not be considered for acceptance.
Please note that co-authors, funding information, and conflicts of interest cannot be added or modified after submission. Authors are therefore encouraged to carefully review all information before finalizing their submission.

Notification / Pre-Qualification Results: December 15, 2026
ANT Neuromeeting 2027: January 14–15, 2027
Final Poster Pitch Winner Announcement: Friday, January 15, 2027
Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
- Scientific quality and rigor of the study design
- Appropriateness of sample size and methodology
- Originality and innovation
- Scientific and clinical impact
- Strength and validity of conclusions
- Relevance to the selected thematic track
Following the abstract review, selected presenters will be notified by December 15, 2026 and invited to present their work during the Poster & Poster Pitch Session.
Selected poster presenters will receive a 50% discount on the ANT Neuromeeting 2027 entrance fee.
The discount is connected to presenting a selected poster and is not provided simply for submitting an abstract.
All selected poster presenters will participate in the 3-minute Poster Pitch Session during the meeting.
The Poster Pitch provides presenters with an opportunity to briefly introduce their research, highlight the most important findings, and communicate the significance of their work to the ANT Neuromeeting audience.
Presenters should focus on communicating their research clearly, concisely, and engagingly within the allotted three-minute presentation time.
The final Poster Pitch winners will be evaluated during the Poster Pitch Session.
Session speakers will evaluate the presentations using a shared survey. The evaluation will consider factors such as:
- Scientific quality and relevance
- Originality and innovation
- Clarity of the presentation
- Communication of key findings
- Overall impact of the research and pitch
The final Poster Pitch winner will be announced on Friday, January 15, 2027.
To recognize outstanding scientific contributions, the top poster will receive the ANT Neuromeeting Poster Award, which includes:
- ANT Neuromeeting Poster Award Certificate
- Cash prize
- Free registration for an upcoming ANT Neuro Academy bootcamp
- Feature highlight displayed on ANT Neuro's social media channels
The award recognizes the poster that demonstrates outstanding scientific contribution and delivers a strong, clear, and engaging presentation during the Poster Pitch Session.
