✨ Celebrating 30 Years: Anniversary Group Discount
To celebrate ANT Neuro’s 30th anniversary, we are offering a special group benefit: when two participants register, a third participant can attend free of charge.
- How It Works:
- The first two participants complete their independent registrations and payments on the website.
- Once registered, send an email to [email protected] containing the full names and email addresses of the two registered participants, alongside the full name and email address of the third participant.
- Ticket Inclusions & Add-ons: The third complimentary ticket covers event attendance only and does not include the celebration dinner. If they would like to join the social dinner, please inform us of this in your email to [email protected].
- Claiming Your Code: Once the two paid registrations have been verified via their names and email addresses, we will provide a discount code for the third participant to complete their registration free of charge via email.
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please email us at [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements.
You are responsible for having your tickets available at the event at all times. No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost or stolen tickets or for a failure on your part to present at the event. It is your responsibility to provide correct e-ticket information (email address) to allow adequate time for the delivery of tickets.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket and refund the amount paid in full where there has been an error in ticket pricing, whether due to human error or a transactional malfunction of this site.
We have the right to add or vary the advertised program, seating arrangements and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause including due to intoxication, unsociable behaviour, failing to observe lawful directions, possession of invalid or insufficient tickets or ID or health and safety precautions.
Cancellations 14 days or more before the start of the event are eligible for full refund. Later cancellations are not eligible for any refund.
