Call for Proposals

ANT Neuromeeting 2027 - Berlin


We will accept a broad range of presentations, from reports on academic and commercial projects to tutorials and case studies. As long as the presentation is interesting and potentially useful to the audience, it will be considered for inclusion in the programme.

Accepted speakers will be assigned one of the following formats:

Conference Talks 
25-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A

Keynote Presentations
40-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A


Presentation Details

Introduce yourself and provide a brief overview of your talk for attendees.

By submitting a proposal, I confirm that:

  • I have the necessary permission from my institution and collaborators to present this work at ANT Neuromeeting 2027.
  • The information provided in this submission is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
  • I understand that, if my proposal is accepted, the talk title, abstract, my name, affiliation, biography, and headshot may be used by ANT Neuro to promote the event and publish the conference programme.
  • I retain ownership of all intellectual property, data, figures, and presentation materials.
  • I understand that presentation slides are not required to be shared publicly. If I choose to provide my slides or other presentation materials, they will only be published with my explicit permission.
  • I understand that presentations may be photographed or recorded during the event. Any recording or publication of my full presentation will only take place with my explicit consent.
  • I agree to inform the organizers as soon as possible if I am unable to attend after my submission has been accepted.
  • By submitting this proposal, I also acknowledge that my personal information will be processed for the purpose of managing my submission and participation in ANT Neuromeeting 2027, in accordance with the neuromotion Privacy Policy.
